Customer Success Manager

Trapit is seeking an energetic, experienced self-starter to support our clients’ deployment/implementation , enablement, onboarding, content strategy, project management, and other post sales initiatives such as consulting and delivering creative ideas for clients’ curation and content marketing programs, Employee will be part of the Client Success team. Skills & Responsibilities

  • Deliver content marketing and content curation programs for one or more of Trapit’s partners, prospects and clients.
  • Help clients formulate their content strategy.
  • Build solid client relationships by ensuring strong client results.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the client relationship and drive contract upsells and renewals.
  • Deploy, implement, and train clients in their use of the Trapit platform. And project manages all intiatives to ensure success.
  • Provide clients with ongoing reporting, strategic recommendations and advice.
  • Work internally, across departments, to deliver compelling solutions for our clients.
  • A passion for helping clients succeed; you must be dedicated to client success and talking and working with clients every day.
  • Strong verbal, listening, written and presentation skills with excellent ability to formulate compelling content marketing or curation ideas from a web site audit, and various client or prospect scenarios.
  • A passion for the ‘social web’ and how brands and media companies can take advantage of new, emerging techniques and digital mediums; please provide your social credentials in your resume and any other relevant blogs or digital creative work. You must be active in social media and/or demonstrate your passion digital content consumption, or techie-innovation.
  • Excitement to be part of a growing startup; ‘ to wear multiple hats to help comrades in product development, marketing, sales, be part of a journey where roles and day-to-day work could change and evolve. 2-4 years relevant business experience.
  • Experience in client/customer management.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency with content marketing, social media management or content management technologies; please include on your resume.
  • An understanding of media, publishing or content marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, works well with teams, attention to details, and ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks on deadline.
