Senior SDR

This position will work directly with the entire sales team. The Sr. SDR will be expected to build out the Social Sales Development team. This is an opportunity to redefine sales development, train SDRs for social sales development, and manage conversion of leads within our methodology.

  • Experience in Bus Dev, and quota carrying roles
  • Quick learner, very social (in a B2B Sense), highly inquisitive
  • Bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work with a strong desire to get better
  • Strong record of success in whatever you have done
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Driven to change the role of sales development

Responsibilities:

  • Secure new opportunities for Trapit and working with the Account Executive to close the deal
  • Source pipeline via direct social engagement, phone and email.
  • Research
  • Help grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process
  • Complete sales training assignments and improving quickly
  • Adapt quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization
